Zoals vermeld is semester 6 opgebouwd rondom het thema industrièˆle gedistribueerde systemen. Hiervoor wordt in dit semester aandacht gegeven aan de volgende vakegebieden: regelsystemen, dat gericht is op productiesystemen en regeltechniek, gedistribueerde systemen, dat gericht is op communicatietechnologie ter ondersteuning van gedistribueerde toepassingen, C programmeren met datastructuren Professionele ontwikkeling (aan de hand van een werkplek/project verantwoording)

This course is about the handling of logical propositions: read a proposition (in ASCII), make an internal tree representation, calculate the truth table, convert into the disjuctive normal form abd about semantic tableaux.

Gives an introduction into Android programming: Android Studio, and the important concepts needed to build a simple app.

In this course you will learn how to make distributed Client-Service applications by using Windows Communication Framework (WCF).

This course will expand the knowledge gained from ES1 and ES2. We will be looking at different kind of communication channels, actuators, sensors and make an introduction into control systems.

E-ITOPS-PCI
Organizing the IT services within an organization is a complex task. Assuring that all IT services function correctly for all employees and customers of a company is a challenge. Setting up, improving and managing the IT services and processes is the subject of this course. This course is therefore different than most other courses: it focuses on organization, IT management and IT processes. In this course we dive into ITIL v3, as it is the most widespread way of organizing an IT department nowadays. ITIL describes and gives best practices how to organize, set up and improve an IT operations department. Also, you will be able to discover other methods like DevOps which is used in a number of high tech companies.
