Organizing the IT services within an organization is a complex task. Assuring that all IT services function correctly for all employees and customers of a company is a challenge.

Setting up, improving and managing the IT services and processes is the subject of this course. This course is therefore different than most other courses: it focuses on organization, IT management and IT processes.

In this course we dive into ITIL v3, as it is the most widespread way of organizing an IT department nowadays. ITIL describes and gives best practices how to organize, set up and improve an IT operations department. Also, you will be able to discover other methods like DevOps which is used in a number of high tech companies.
